Here is a brief guide on how to successfully install it. OBSE (Oblivion Script Extender) is an essential plugin for a large number of the mods for the Elder Scrolls Oblivion game. I can see it refusing to install the XML file that removes the Live button since DarNUI already takes care of that, but I’d think it would still disable the Live dll for you.
There are separate functions for disabling the Live DLL itself, and for disabling the Live button in the menu. I installed it three times from three different sites. I think this is a standalone mod, so you wouldn’t have to re-install DarNified, but I think I did try to install this at one point and had some sort of trouble with it, can’t remember what, think it basically just wouldn’t install.
